1 - General tips & tricks

- Do not forget to wash the rice under tap water before cooking. It will remove the starch and will avoid the gluey aspect of the cooked rice.
- If you cook too much rice, you can use the remaining quantity to prepare a delicious rice salad during summer.
- You like Asian food! Your rice cooker allows you to prepare several fantastic Chinese, Thai recipes with flavoured rice and steamed food.
- If you've got guests, give an authentic atmosphere by decorating your table with Chinese dishes and chopsticks. You can decorate your dishes with sculptured vegetables (radishes, flower-shaped tomatoes, star-shaped carrots). You can also fold the napkins like a lotus flower.
- Serve the meal with sauce: soy, ginger, sweet and sour




2 -  Holding the lid

When you are ready to eat, you can place the lid on the side handle equipped with a condensation collector. It holds the lid and collects the condensation, so you can easily take the ingredients from the bowl.

- Make sure that the rice is spread over the whole surface of the bowl to ensure even cooking.
- Once cooked, stir the rice and leave it in the rice cooker for few minutes for a perfect result.
